Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

my truck was repo'd today with $2000 worth of equipment attached to it. It cannot get wet and is supposed to rain tonight. Will the bank or repo company be responsible for damages?

Whoever is now in possession of the vehicle must exercise reasonable care to protect the property. I suggest you be proactive and see if they will release the equipment to you. If these items are things you need for work, you have a legal right to exempt them from any collection actions.
