This depends on way too many factors to answer simply. Depending on your record, the judge, the prosecutor, whether you just got stopped for speeding or hit an old lady crossing the sreet tin her Sunday best, and many other things. The maximum penalty for driving revoked is a year and $1,000 for a first offense, and 2 years and $1,000 for subsequent offenses. The most significant factor for whether a person is incarcerated is whether the person has previously been convicted of serious traffic offenses such as driving suspended or driving under the influence. Also, of importance is whether the reason for the revocation has been resolved.
