First of all, was there a relationship here? I would really need more information? However, if you're looking to file a complaint against her then just go to the court and seek out an assault and battery charge. You can utilize the DA to obtain your medical bills. However, if you're the one being charged, then I strongly urge you to obtain a defense attorney.
