Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

It's been a few months since I received e-mail from a person harassing me via yahoo but now this person is using gmail too,
how can I subpoena these companies to reveal the identity of this person, the e-mails contain specific information only she could know,(according to a mutal friend who can back up this information) is it worth my time and money to try and get this information, since I am not sure how long yahoo/gmail keep such information. In the past I had header from yahoo that traced back to this person. She is denying it.
