Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Leaving the state of Massachusetts while awaiting trial

I am wondering if my ex is permitted to leave the state of Massachusetts while awaiting a criminal trial for forgery and utterance. Are there certain stipulations that would determine (i.e. amount of bail, degree of crime, etc) her ability to leave?

A person is free to move about unless the court places restrictions.

I would look at her conditions of bail. They may put restrictions on her movements.
