loaned my car out
loaned car out and received a hearing notice for '' leaving the scene of property damage''. What can I do if the person who drove the car will not admit to the incident.

You have a problem. The police probably traced your car to you.
It is my suggestion that you get a copy of the police report, and contact a criminal defense lawyer like me. And this can be discussed as would be your options.
