Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

i was in an accident
i was in an accident and hit a telephone, i was semi-conscious to unconsious during the event. MY car was totalled and was sent to the hospital where they took a blood hospital blood test without my knowledge and was told that the test had to be conducted as a result of my injury. is it possible to fight the blood test. the offficer states he smelled alcohol off of me, and i had receieved a citation in the mail the day after i was released, however, there was no police presence in the hospital and no i was informed of any wrong doing.
