test

If pulled over and then agreeing to do field sobriety tests, are you allowed to stop at any time during any test or are you required to complete all tests?

Re: test

You can stop the tests at any time that you want. A good lawyer will argue that it is a refusal by the individual to go on and the stopping by the individual would then not be able to be used against him or her. I hope this answers your question. Re: test

You may stop at any time, but risk, stopping in the middle of a test being classified as a failure of that test. Good Luck!
