child support if partner is in same house?

My boyfriend lives with me and our infant daughter but is terrible with money.He is very irresponsible financially. ( I would prefer that he move out but he isn't going willingly. ) My question is, can I take him to court for a wage assigned Child Support order even though he is living here? (It is my home in my name only.) thank you very much for any information you may able to give me
