Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I live in MA and want to move ouT of state with my child. Me and the father were never married and don't have any custody order. What legal actions can he take if I move without his permission?

Is there any document which lists the father as the child's father?

Does he pay child support?

Depending on how adamant the father is about stopping you from moving, he can file a custody demand and seek to stop you from moving. This forum is limited in what it can do for you, I suggest you call an attorney and meet with him to determine your best course in this matter.
