paternity

I am deploying to Iraq in a week I have an open paternity case and wanted to give my spouse authorization just in case anything arises while i am away

You can provide her with some rights, in a power of attorney or its equivalent.

Without knowing anything about your case, or the parties involved, I would suggest that you execute a durable power of attorney in favor of your spouse so that she can carry on with the litigation.

That being said, you should probably also hire an attorney to manage your case while you are deployed. Please do not hesitate to contact this office.
