Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

my 5th grader has a classmate with peanut allergies and the school will not allow peanut products in class for snack. Can they do this.

Yes. Schools can -- and often must -- take reasonable steps to accommodate a student's medical needs. Is giving your child peanuts really so important to you that you're willing to endanger another child's health?
