Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

breaking a legal settlement

I,won a settlement from my former employer, part of it

was monatary, the other was they were to clean my file

I recived the money, but two weeks ago I recevied a letter from them stating I was fired for violent behavior. and if I come on the property, I'll be prosecuted.its a community hospital. I won my settlement because they said I was violent in the first place. I must add I was a union steward for nine years. is there any thing I can do.

Re: breaking a legal settlement

Of course you can sue again! For even more money!

Didn't you ask the attorney(s) you used for the first case

about this? They should have written that settlement agreement

for you.
