Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

Lawyer fees

My question is a straight forward one, my lawyer will get 33% of my personal injury settlement, is he also entitled to 33% on the claims of Future loss of income, loss of enjoyment of life, Future general damages?

It is the norm in the personal injury area of law that the attorney receives his percentage, whatever it may be, from the amount that the attorney obtains as a settlement which includes all monies received no matter how it is characterized.
