Legal Question in Tax Law in Massachusetts
We are a bank in Massachusetts and recieved a tax levy from the State of New York. The Debtors attorney has sent us notification that the levy is not enforceable judements in MA due to no liens or judgements have been filed in MA. We have held the funds and our attorney says we are complying with the request. Who is right?

Ask you attorney about depositing the money into court so the court can decide.
