Legal Question in Traffic Law in Massachusetts
I was charged with driving without a licence in Ma I was found quilty. I was suspended for sixty days. I didnt drive for sixty days I went to get my licence back I found out I can just pay $500.00 and have my class D reinstated but the registry will not reinstate my CDL licence for one year just wondering if this is a law that I would have to wait a year even know I can get my class D back
Thanks Joe

If you were to speak with a lawyer, you may be able to appeal the decision.

Mass follows the federal rules for CDL drivers-no you dont have to wait a year as you can appeal the decision.
