I think you are asking how long it takes to prepare, read, and execute a will.

How long it takes really depends on the complexity of your estate and the number and type of distributions you wish to make, together with how busy the attorney is.

I'm not sure what you are referring to? Is this planning and executing a Will before you die or are you talking about probating a Will after a person dies?

Most attorneys don't read a Will out-loud like they do in the movies.
