I signed a contract to buy a vacation timeshare in Mexico based on lies told to me in the presentation. Would a recording of a presentation prove fraud?

1) Where the presentation took place?

2) Where is the time-share located? (need Mexican State)

3) Was it a Mexican contract or an American Contract?

4) Do you have writen copy of contract?

5) Have you paid already? How much?
