Doing business in Multiple states
If I'm registered to do business in Michigan, but someone has contacted me from Ga, do I need to have a cert or be registered in Mi as a foreign corp in order to assist the client in Ga?

You need to register in every state that you are doing business as a foreign corporation, to do business in that state.
