Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan

Out of state customer will not pay

I have an out of state customer who owes me money for services provided. It has been too long to place a lien on the job. Is there any way to get my money?

Yes, there is, but where you would sue the person would depend on where the job was done. You can't really sue them in Michigan, if they don't do business here. I'd recommend consulting with an attorney, if you need someone from another state, please feel free to let me know and I could find some referrals.
