3rd oui within 7 years
i got my third drunk driving in michigan within about 5 years and now my license is revoked for 5 years is it true i can get a drivers license out of state because of some system that michigan and a couple other states dont report on..and if so where do i begin.

You begin by putting yourself in rehab for about a year. This will put you in a better frame of mind for riding your bicycle to work for the next five years, that is if you still have a job.
Start attending AA meetings and get a sponsor. Keep an attendance record and get it signed at each meeting.
Forget about getting a license in another state. The computer,the internet, and an interstate compact makes that impossible.
Try not drinking. It's not that complicated.
