My buddy recieved his second MIP last week. He did the AA classes to divert his first charge and is wondering what he's looking at for a second offense. He's also just finishing up community service for a marijuana possesion charge he recieved in April.

He's probably VOP for both charges and facing jail time. A lot depends on the judge(s).
I always wondered why you guys get caught MIP more than once. I mean do you like drink in front of the police? Or do you think alcohol makes you invisible?
Can you at least stay out of your cars when you drink? Once you add an automobile, drinking and drugging will punish you and others big time
for a long time.
