Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

open intox.

I got a open intox.(passenger) Sec. of State took my license for 1 month restricted for 3, starting June 1, with no notice, this will cost me my job.(CDL) Can I do anything?

You should have retained a lawyer to help you with the open intox charge so that it didn't result in a license suspension - you could have pled guilty to a different charge to avoid it affecting your job.

Unless your employer cuts you a break or switches you to a different position in that company that doesn't involve driving, you might be out of luck. Sorry.
