Filing the right papers

I need to know what papers the file. I want to object to a modification in the judgement of my divorce. Note: I live in California but the hearing was in Michigan

There's no specific form. You have the caption already, so just file your objections in a timely way and get the form right later. Better still, hire local MI counsel.

Unless you plan on coming back to Michigan you will need an attorney to represent you in court.

You ought to have an experienced family law attorney in Michigan. Your attorney can file the proper objection.
