losing home and no clothes

I am writing on behalf of my daughter.

Yesteday she found out she was going to lose her home. Ex had mortgage company change papers so they would go to his address. My daughter missed one payment. She did not no of foreclosure, because he must have gotten the information.

Also he does not return the children clothing on visitation day. he returns them without shoes, jackets and yes even clothes. Baby came home in a diaper once.

Help! What can she do?

Your daughter has legal problems and probably should be calling the lawyer herself to figure out what to do. You did not give much information and with the scant information you provided, I can't give advice. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
