Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

Mental anguish leading to illness and death

i want to know if i have any recourse. my father died on may 13 2003 my mother on june 16 2003 they litterly died of broken hearts. they were both 75. my sister who married for the fifth time in july 2002, wrote my parents a nasty letter saying she no longer wanted them in her life.(shes 49) she went into great detail as to ''her'' reasons. i have always been close with my parents and i had to sit by and watch the slow death of both of them due to the heart break and mental anguish she caused them. i have spent the last two months in the hospital and living at my moms trying to take care of her, my family, and my business. she has cost me my parents, money, time and countless hour with uncontrollable crying. children should be held just as much responsiable for there actions towards thier parents as parents are to the children. is there any thing i can do to make her pay for causing two wonderful people so much heart ache. any money sued for could be donated to a good cause, i just want to see her sacrafice something though out all of this.
