Can i get my Money back that i loaned to a friend?
I loaned $350 to a friend to get his car back, which he said he would pay me back the following saturday when he got paid. Then he borrowed an additional amount of money, while at the casino. Is there anyway i can take him to small claims court to get my money back, without having him sign anything saying i loaned it to him? I do have some of the reciepts and all the withdrawls from the casino? what can i do to get my money back. he owes me a little over $700.00 ??
