Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan

Kicking out people in my housee

I have a strange situation. I recently got divorced. In the agreement I got possession of the house in November 08. He had renters in the house. I never had an agreement. Since then, I have received one half a months rent. (first half of Dec.) I want them out and to pay me. Can I kick them out? Also, my house is being foreclosed on. They say they have papers regarding my house and mortgage info. Is that legal? Since I have no lease agreement can I kick them out and go after my financial institute if they have my confidential information. My house is not foreclosed on, yet. Please advise.

You will have to evict the tenants. They probably found out about the foreclosure because a notice was sent to the house itself.
