I am 17 years old and 2 month ago i got and apartment with my firend who is 18, her mother co-signed for it i did not have my parents consent. Yesterday I moved out because of a fight, I was told because of the fact that i live in MI and i am 17 i am not legally responsible for the lease is that true? and can they take me to court to make me pay?

Maybe. The law is that a minor cannot make a contract unless it is for "necessities." Necessities are things like food and shelter. An apartment would be shelter. If you could have lived with your parents, maybe it was not a necessity. It is a question for a judge or jury.
