Re: Rental property

If you are a landlord you may send a 7 day notice for non payment of rent or a 30 day notice for other issues. At the end of the time you may file with the court for a date. For non payment there will be a 10 day period after court during which the tenant may pay. If they do not you may file with the court for a writ for eviction. Once the sheriff posts the notice there will be a 24 hour period before you and the sheriff may enter the home, together, to remove the tenant and their belongings.
