Our question is. WHAT ARE LIABILITY LAWS FOR GOVERNMENT HOUSING APARTME4NTS? DO THEY HAVE TO CARRY LIABILITY INSURANCE IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT ON THEIR PROPERTY? IF SO HOW MUCH MUST THEY CARRY?

Whether the government housing has insurance or not does not affect their liability.They have immunity for defective housing, meaning that you generally cannot sue them. The exception is for a defect in the common areas that may involve large numbers of people.
