Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Michigan

witholding evidence

mother and father now deceased had trust made by law firm their was a law suit after father died by my mother over an ira left to me as beneficiary,the firm that did the trust were supheoned to submit all trusts wills and any estate planning records for evidence,they submitted the joint trust and the two pourover wills that were made when both parents were alive trial was in 12/02,come to find out this same firm made a new trust and will in 02/02 10 months before the trial,now they tell me that the trust and will that they did not submit to the court are the valid ones not the ones they submitted for evidence,thanks for any input.

You should have had your own counsel review the documents and whatever was submitted to the court should have been verified. Retain competent counsel and get it sorted out.
