No. Actually, most insurers on real property will not underinsured regarding the value of the property. As far as liability, in Michigan, the law seems to encourage insurers to underinsure. The legislature does not care in Michigan if injury victims receive any adequate compensation nor even if their medical bills are paid. Thank your governor and his cronies for that.
