sliped an fell on our parking lot in july 2001 the owner put down some ashphault well anyhow he came back in october 2001 an put down some sealer on an he never gave notice that he was doing this he had these young boys doing the job with him an my husband told him that they wernt spreading it good cause it was puddleing up in the voids that were in the lot from the bad ashphault job the owner repleid owell thats how kids are these days on the fallowing monday i fell in this wet sealer that was coverd with leaves an broke my wrist had to spend the nite in the hospital an 2 months with a steel bar on my arm an 3 pins an then 14 weeks of thearapy an not to mention the hint of fluid they found in my shoulder when they did an m r i an they shot it up an i still have major pain with it, a n 90 percent usage of wrist with some hand deformaty an 2inch scar from sergury we meaning our family has sufferd a great deal from this the adjuster called us 7 days after i fell an offerd 30k an we said no as for now we have 26k in medical an they want to settle an meet with us we are getting mixed reveiws as what to ask for in the way of damages 250k?

Your damages are your medical bills, transportation costs to and from doctors/hospitals etc., assistance in your home while you were unable to perform household chores, lost wages and pain and suffering. Without knowing the lost wage portion it is difficult to provide you with an answer.
