Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

disclosure

I bought a condo last year. 3 months after I moved in I recieved the title and found out the woman's husband died in the bedroom. That was no where on any disclosure and I was never told. I would have never bought a house someone died in. Did they have the right to keep that from me? Thanks

If it was an infamous murder, maybe this would affect value, otherwise, no. People die all the time.
