Land Contract Question
Being the seller in a land contract is there a way I can transfer the deed to buyer with lein, I do not want to get the property back and be responsible for it, but do wish to collect debt owed.

There is such a thing as a seller financed loan. You could sell the property subject to a mortgage payable to you, so that you have the same rights any lender would have. As the other attorney indicated more details are needed to know what would accomplish what you want to accomplish. I would be happy to talk to you about this.
