motion to block sale of property

what is proper motion to file if there is a dispute of ownership in a piece of real estate that has yet to be heard in court and prevents a quick sale of the property.

There is no motion. Rather certain types of lawsuits may be necessary to file in order to sell the real estate. Such actions include a Quiet Title lawsuit or a Partition lawsuit. For more information, please contact my office at (248)8513171.
