Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

Hostile Work Environment

I'm a salesperson who works with mostly men. Recently a team-building night ended up with everyone (including my manager's boss and the vp) except myself and my manager (a female) at a strip club. I expressed my frustration and my manager's boss and the vp apologized to me and said it wouldn't happen again. They then told the guys that I was upset and I have not been treated the same since by the other salespeople. Rumors about me have been so bad that two salespeople had to be reprimanded for their behavior. Is this a ''hostile work envrionment'' and what recourse do I have?
