in-school -classroom sexual harrssement or assult?what would u call it
On monday this past week my girlfriend was in her gym class working on homework when a student began making jokes about her breasts and then she moved away and that's when he slaped her ass and then she told him to leave her alone and then he put his and done her shirt and pulled her shirt up and slaped her tit. but my question is that the princble told her parents that NO CHARGES CAN BE FILED BECAUSE A JUDGE WILL DROP THEM???? is that true?or is he trying to avoid the school from being put on the news or brought up in court??or because the boy that assulted her is another ethic background

The acts you described are crimes, i.e. assault and criminal sexual conduct, which should be reported immediately to the police.
You are wasting time dealing with the school.

He is definitely trying to avoid publicity. Actually, there is a statute making it a crime for a school authority not to report a case of sexual harrassment. Monday, I would go over his head to the superintendent. That should fix it. Bill Stern
