Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

Yesterday one of my employees got my phone number from facebook. Then started texting me through out the day! I had no idea who it was! I kept asking who it was just to not get another answer ! But another ? Like how is your wife? And im going to come see you at work! It clearly was a game. She bragged to another associate about how she was having fun tormenting me. The associate told me who it was and at that point i thought great joke! So i played the game back when i got home she eventually told me who she was! Later on that night i get a call from her boyfriend threatening me and my job and she will not return to work! Am i at fault if she does not return! Nothing sexual was ever brought up!
