Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
12 Year Old Parking tickits
I recently received a �Motion and Order to show Cause� On 12 year old snow removal parking tickets. In 1993 I apparently had several snow removal tickets. How can they come after me after so much time has passed? What recourses do I have? How can I get out of this several hundred dollar mess? Please Help Me!!!

Snow removal tickets! Ouch! Well I'd either hire an attorney, or just go down there, apologize and see if they will agree to settle it for half of that. Sometimes they'll accept a partial payment if you have the money immediately. You can also check the Michigan Statutes to see if there is a statute of limitations issue, but it might not be worth the time.
