Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
Informal Hearing
I am scheduled for an informal hearing for a traffic ticket I received. If the officer does not show up at the appointed time how long do I have to wait before asking for a dismissal of the ticket? Any other information regarding this informal hearing would be appreciated.

Several hours unless there is a justifiable excuse by the officer.
