Power Attorney Health Care

Can you have two family member's on the document for power of attorney heathcare? The attorney put daughter first then someone i dont even know, from his law firm.I wanted my son if my daughter dies next.

Yes, you can have a second family member serve as the alternative in case your daughter predeceases you. Ask the attorney who drafted the document to make the changes you desire and/or discuss the pros and cons of having a non-family member serve with your attorney so you can make an informed decision.

I recommend going back to the attorney that drafted the document(s) to begin with and requesting that your changes are made. He or she will also be able to answer your further questions about who can serve. If the lawyer does not want to do what you want - find another lawyer.
