Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

What power dos the Judge have

It has been over 1 year sence my mothers death. My brother and sister and myself have not recieved any accounting and the invontory list only had 13 items on it. The court sent the trustee a court order for an accounting and he has not responded at all, nor has his lawyer and it is way late. He is stating that my mother gave everything away befor she died, but yet she had a pourover will to a trust and he has said he dosnt know who she gave the stuff to. We are being told we have to prove that there were personal items in the house. Trustee never paid any bills, 1 account was overdrawn by 1000,00, and the house almost got auctioned off. Not to mention he let the house insurance expire. Can he not be found liable for all that he has done??? We have had him removed from the will part and we are getting ready to him from the trust. The trustee and my older sister along with an older brother took everything. They were left the house to be devided between the 3 and what was left over was to be devided between the rest of the kids. There are 7 of us all together. What can be done to bring him in for liability????. Can the Judge over rule the trust and do what he thinks is best??? How can they get away with this???. please HELP.
