Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Minnesota

can i list a credtior if i don't have an amount from them yet. i know i will be sued, but have not been yet.

Of course you list it. There are all sorts of situations where one might not know the exact balance of a debt. What you do is make a good faith estimate.
