Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota

What can I do?

I have a manager that is talking to other employees about my performace at work without coming directly to me about it.

I was suppose to work a four hour shift but within an hour i got sick to the point where i couldnt work effectively. I asked one of the managers if i could leave early which they let me go stating it was okay cause they got someone to stay later. Later that day the head manager when to another employee and told them if my attitude doesnt change i am going to get fired. She told me what he all said so i got upset cause he shoiuldnt be talking to others about my preformance. The next day i went in and asked for the district manager number cause i wanted to make a complaint about how my manager is handling problems. My manager later found out what i did and yelled at the employee who told me stating if she opens her mouth again he is going to have coporate and loss pervention come and she will get fired. What can i do about this?
