If you recieve a citation but the information on it states that you are the owener and operator of a car that is neither yours or that you werent driving is it still valid?

The citation is valid unless or until the case is dismissed in court. You may appear in court and seek to dismiss a misdemeanor offense or greater as lacking in probable cause. If there is probable cause for the charge,, the case is tried and a judge or a jury decides the case based on evidence and credibility of witnesses.
