Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I want to fill out and file papers to get parenting time with my son. he and his mother live in arizona. we have nothing in the courts, I pay child support to her on my own. I want some type of ordered parenting time. Do I fill out and file the MN paperwork or is there something seperate for the state of Arizona that I would need to fill out?

If the mother and child reside in Arizona, that is the location where any action must be filed.
