Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

between a rock and a hard place

just short of 30 days ago my fiance gave the mother of his daughter sole physical and legal custody with him having visitaion by schedule. now he doesn't want that agreement and wants the custody and only made his decision bcuz he was scared a judge wouldn't give him the custody so he thought he should take what he could get while she was offering, and bcuz we didn't have the money. she had a lawyer we didn't. she had not been allowing him to see his daughter. she is now 4 and has no idea who he even is. Is there any way to have the case re-opened due to the fact it was just a short time ago or is he stuck?

If he signed an agreement or if the agreemengt wa smemorialized in court, he would be bound bythe agreement and the court order barring some extraordinary circumstance such as fraud.
