Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

shared child bills

I have two questions, one is: If my exwife and I share bills I need to know if I need to supply checks to her if its under $300 and she has over $2000, I did most of the things I want repaid for with cash. Number Two is If she wants money for a Dental Appliance that her dog chewed up, do I have to pay for something that no longer exists?

Re: shared child bills

I just reviewed your question and am not sure I understand the context in which this question is asked. Are you divorced, or living together?

If you are divorced, your obligations would be determined by a court order. If you live together, there is no law that governs your responsibility for the allocation of your expenses.
